Logging In

How to login to the Flomenco platform

Invite

You will receive an invite to Flomenco via email from no-reply@flomenco.com. If you did not receive your invite, contact your Flomenco administrator or contact Flomenco support via email at support@flomenco.com.

  1. Click the here link to finish setting up your Flomenco account
  1. You will be prompted to create a new password
    1. Your password must contain:
      1. At least 8 characters
      2. At least 3 of the following:
        1. Lower case letters (a-z)
        2. Upper case letters (A-Z)
        3. Numbers (0-9)
        4. Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

  1. Click Reset Password
  1. Click Back to Flomenco

Logging In after sign up

After you have been invited to Flomenco and created your user account, login to Flomenco by navigating to your Flomenco instance URL. Refer to your invite email for this URL. It usually follows the pattern { your company }.flomenco.com.

  1. Fill in Email Address and Password and select Continue
