How to contact Flomenco Support

In Application Support

The easiest way to get in contact with Flomenco Support is using the in-application chat widget found in the bottom right-hand corner of the Flomenco application.

Selecting the chat widget icon will open the chat widget where you can launch a number of interactions with Flomenco Support including:

  • Initiating a conversation (Messages tab or Ask a question button)

  • Submit a ticket and view recent tickets (Tickets tab or Create ticket buttons)

  • View help documentation (Documentation button)

  • View System Status

Contacting Support via Email

Flomenco Support can also be contacted via email at support@flomenco.com. Emails sent to this address will automatically create a ticket in the Flomenco support system.

Viewing Company Tickets

You can view the status of your own tickets in the chat widget under the Tickets tab. To view all tickets submitted by yourself AND other users in your company navigate to the Tickets tab and then select the “Go to ticket portal” button.

This will take you to the Flomenco Ticket Portal - https://support.flomenco.com/en/tickets-portal/ where you can view status and add details to tickets as necessary.

 

To access the Ticket Portal you must be logged in to the Flomenco Application.

Help Documentation

The Documentation button will navigate you to the Flomenco Documentation portal - help.flomenco.com.

System Status

The System Status pane in the support widget displays the current state of critical Flomenco systems. When the status reads “All Systems Operational,” it means all essential services are functioning as expected.

If a degraded status is shown, it indicates that some systems may be experiencing issues. This does not necessarily mean your specific Flomenco instance is affected. However, if you’re encountering problems and notice a degraded status, the two may be related.

In such cases, rest assured that the Flomenco support team is already aware of the issue and actively working on a resolution. You can expect a proactive update shortly.
